Happy Veterans Day, and thank you to all who’ve served or are currently serving.

Veterans Day in 2025 is Tuesday, November 11. As millions of Americans honor those who’ve served, hundreds of businesses across the country show their support for the military community with free meals, deals, and other freebies.

At Veteran.com, we dedicate staff to finding and verifying each discount or free meal. Rest assured that this discount list is accurate and regularly updated as Veterans Day approaches.

Check out the list below. Share it with your family members and friends. Also, please note that this page will be updated frequently this time of year, as businesses often announce their discounts closer to Veterans Day. (So don’t be a stranger!)

As you plan your day, remember that businesses offering free meals or discounts will ask for proof of service. A driver’s license with a Veteran designation, military ID, or U.S. Uniform Services Retired ID Card is sufficient.

Please note: We feature some national franchises, such as McDonald’s and Subway. Some locations offer discounts, but check ahead of time to see if your local franchise is participating in the deal.
