They are a branch of Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and were founded in Brooklyn in 2002. Today, they have locations in 85+ U.S. cities, Canada, Mexico, Australia, the UK, and the Middle East.
West Elm offers a 15% military discount for entire in-store purchases for all active duty and retired military personnel and their families.

You can sign up for a West Elm Gold level or Silver level credit card that will give you significant discounts under seven companies under the West Elm brand. Cardmembers earn 5% back in Gold rewards on qualified purchases with their Key Rewards credit card across West Elm brands and 2% back in Silver rewards on qualified purchases.
