Walmart is a leading global market retailer with over 11,300 stores and a comprehensive online presence that offers thousands of competitively priced goods and services. It offers great deals on some of the most well-known brands, including Apple, Dell, Black+Decker, Michelin, Reebok, Whirlpool, and countless others. Walmart also owns Sam’s Club, Alls Well, Bare Necessities, Hayneedle, and VUDU.
Unfortunately, Walmart does not offer a military discount.
However, Walmart honors those who have served through their Walmart Careers with a Mission program for eligible veterans honorably discharged since 2013 and military spouses. Since its inception, Walmart has promoted about 40,000 veterans and 14,000 military spouses through this program.
While no military discount is available, the retailer recently launched Walmart+, a membership program that offers the best of Walmart services in a single package.
Walmart+ claims that members can save over $1,300 each year versus non-members.
Some of the benefits of Walmart+ include free delivery from your store with $0 delivery fees, free shipping with no order minimum, member savings on fuel of up to $0.10 per gallon, and exclusive rewards and access to special promotions and events, including early access to Black Friday deals. Members can also access the Paramount+ streaming service, one of the best ways to live stream CBS Sports, including NFL football.

Walmart has continuous deals on their Weekly Ad posts with rollback savings and promotions offered online and in-store. Service members can go online and type in their location to find deals in their area.
Walmart also offers its own credit card through Capital One with benefits that gas reward opportunities and an introductory offer of 5% off purchases for the first 12 months. The Capital One® Walmart Rewards® Card is one of the best ways to earn cash back for everyday purchases you’re already making.
Yes, but there are some restrictions on shipment type, weight, and size. Shipping charges vary with each product and may take 3-6 weeks for delivery.
You can also get two-day free shipping in the U.S. for items over $35, except for deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii.
