TJ Maxx Military Discount

TJ Maxx does not currently offer a military discount for veterans, active duty, or military spouses. Here is what you need to know, plus the best ways to save.

    TJ Maxx is an off-price retailer owned by TJX Companies, known for selling brand-name clothing, accessories, and home goods at below-retail prices. With Military Appreciation Month coming up in May, you might be wondering if TJ Maxx offers a military discount.

    Unfortunately, TJ Maxx does not offer a military discount at this time.

    That said, there are still a few solid ways to save.

    Other Ways to Save at TJ Maxx

    New eligible cardholders get 10% off their first purchase with the TJX Rewards Credit Card, then earn 5% back in rewards on every TJX purchase after that. It works across all TJX banners including TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, and Sierra, and is the closest thing to an ongoing discount any shopper can get.

    On top of already-below-retail pricing, TJ Maxx marks down clearance items regularly with no set schedule. Checking back often or visiting a different store location can surface deals that were not there the week before.

    Does TJ Maxx have a Veterans Day sale?

    TJ Maxx does not run a dedicated Veterans Day sale or promotion. The store does not close on Veterans Day and does not offer a one-day military discount on that date.

    Does Marshalls or HomeGoods offer a military discount?

    No. All TJX Companies banners including Marshalls, HomeGoods, HomeSense, and Sierra follow the same policy. None currently offer a military or veteran discount.

    Will TJ Maxx add a military discount in the future?

    TJX has not announced plans to add a military discount. If that changes, it would be posted on the TJ Maxx website or announced via the TJX newsroom.
