If you’re already an Xfinity customer, you can verify your military service here xfinity.com/military to receive the military appreciation offer. You’ll need sign in with your Xfinity ID and have a valid email address. Your email address will allow Comcast to contact you with your approval status and provide instructions on how to redeem your special offer.
If you’re not an Xfinity customer, urchase any offer online, by phone or in an Xfinity Store, then go to xfinity.com/military once your services have been installed to apply and verify your military status.
Comcast also supports military members in other ways. The company has hired more than 20,000 veterans, National Guard and reserve members, and military spouses since 2015 and donated more than $200 million to military community organizations since 2011.
To obtain this special offer, a short verification process is required.
Submit verification through SheerID.
Comcast accepts a wide variety of readily available and accepted forms of documentation; the complete list is provided during the registration process. We are looking for official documentation that clearly shows your first and last name, a date of birth or discharge/retire date, and a clear affiliation with the military.
The prepaid card is limited to one per household.
The offer is currently slated to end on December 31, 2023. Check with Comcast after that date to see if another discount is available.
