U.S. Army Cadet Command 5th Brigade is a military facility located at Fort Sam Houston on Joint Base San Antonio in Texas. Its primary mission is to partner with universities and high schools to recruit, educate, develop, and inspire Senior ROTC Cadets, with the ultimate goal of commissioning officers of character for the Total Army. USACC 5th Brigade Surrounding Area
San Antonio, Texas, known as “Military City USA” and the seventh largest city in the country, offers a rich blend of cultural and historical sites, including the iconic Alamo and the bustling River Walk. The base’s surrounding area extends to Bexar County, providing access to a variety of outdoor and recreational attractions such as the scenic San Antonio River and the expansive Texas Hill Country.
