Bass Pro Shops offers sales of up to 33% off on select products as part of their Star-Spangled Summer Sale, with everything you need to make the most of the new season – summer attire to beat the heat, outdoor cooking and patio games for the longer days, gear to get you out on the water, and loads of discounts on popular fishing reels, rods, lures and more. Plus, there are even more savings to enjoy with free express shipping on orders of $50 or more, and same day in-store pickup. Bass Pro Shops also offers their Legendary Salute 5% military appreciation discount every day, which can be used on top of other promotions and sale items. Omaha Steaks offers up to 50% off package pricing on carefully curated assortments of steaks, burgers, franks, chicken, pork, and sides with your family in mind. In addition to the package discounts, Omaha Steaks also offers free shipping and an additional $10 military discount for all active duty military, retirees, veterans, military spouses and dependents.
While not technically a 4th of July-only sale, Discovery+ is proud to support active-duty military, reservists, veterans, and their families for their bravery and selfless service by offering a 40% discount on its popular streaming service. Academy Sports + Outdoors
From May 2 through July 5, all service members, first responders and health care professionals receive 10% off online and in-store purchases with valid ID. To redeem on academy.com, verify your military or first responder status with the Id.me buttons on the shopping cart page. Once verified, copy and paste the promo code into the promo code section on the shopping card page.
This July, American Express is adding several new benefits to their Platinum card. The new perks include a 100,000-point welcome bonus and a $300 Equinox credit (get a monthly $25 statement credit on select Equinox memberships). The annual fee is $695, but American Express waives the annual fees for military personnel and their spouses.
More than 2,000 museums across America offer free admission to active-duty military personnel, National Guard and reserve members and their families from Armed Forces Day through Labor Day.

Fanatics offers a year-round 15% discount to veterans, service members and first responders, as well as their spouses and immediate families.
Shop online and save up to 70% off during Hanes’ clearance sale. Year-round, eligible service members and veterans receive 10% discounts on purchases.
Eligible services members, retirees and veterans within one year of separation from active service, as well as their spouses, can now get a $500 discount as part of a limited-time promotion.
Save with Jockey’s 4th of July deals with discounts on underwear, activewear and more. Plus receive free shipping on orders of $59 or more. Jockey also offers a 10% military discount year-round.
O’Charley’s locations will offer guests $5 off their online orders when they give $5 to the Folded Flag Foundation. Year-round, active service members and veterans, health care workers and first responders can receive 25% off their phone orders by showing valid military ID when picking up their food.
Pilot Flying J and One9 Fuel Network Travel Centers
Pilot Co. has announced a 10% discount on food and beverages to all veterans, active-duty and retired service members, National Guardsmen and reservists, as well as their spouses and immediate family members with validation through ID.me in the myRewards Plus app.
Rack Room Shoes
Rack Room Shoes offers 10% military discounts to active and former service members. The military discount is valid in-store with proof of service. The Rack Room military discount is available on Independence Day, Veterans Day and Memorial Day, as well as every Tuesday.
Sunday, July 3, all active service members and Veterans, as well as first responders, receive 10% discounts. Some exceptions apply.
Tractor Supply offers a 15% military discount on Monday, July 4. In-store only.
Walgreens is offering 30% off all regular priced items in-store to all veterans, active-duty service members and family members from July 1-4, with their balance rewards card.
Entertainment and Amusement Park Military Discounts
Many local attractions offer free admission to active-duty military and veterans this 4th of July. Call ahead to confirm, as parks, zoos, aquariums, amusement parks, museums, concerts, events and many more venues will also provide free admission and discounts to family members on Independence Day.
Cincinnati Zoo – Cincinnati
Free admission for service members on July 4th, plus half off the purchase of up to six additional tickets.
Columbus Zoo & Aquarium – Columbus, Ohio
Service members, veterans and their immediate family members receive free admission and discounted admission to Zoombezi Bay from July 3-11.
Idlewild, Kennywood, Sandcastle, Soakzone – Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Service members and honorably discharged veterans get free admission over the Independence Day holiday weekend (July 2-5) with valid ID. They can also purchase up to three discounted tickets for family and friends for $20 each. Non-military guests will find discount ticket opportunities as well.
SunSplash Family Waterpark – Cape Coral, Florida
Free one-day admission on July 4 for active and retired service members, disabled veterans and reservists, plus $3 off up to four additional tickets for family members.
