    Spanning over 1.6 million acres, Fort Wainwright stands as the largest U.S. military installation outside the contiguous U.S. Managed by U.S. Army Garrison Alaska, it houses the 11th Airborne Division. It supports major tenants like the Medical Department Activity, Dental Activity, Veterinary Command, and more.
