- Thunderbolt
- Warhawk
For the timed 1.5 mile run, the following standards apply:
- Liberator: 11:57
- Thunderbolt: 9:30
- Warhawk 8:55
For the one-minute timed push-ups challenge, the men’s standard is:
- Liberator: 45 push-ups
- Thunderbolt: 55 pushups
- Warhawk: 65 pushups
