After Nam my active duty career was over, I was now married and pregnant. Five years later the military would offer women honorably discharged due to pregnancy the opportunity to return to active duty, same rank but with loss of time in grade. I said; "sure, if I can have two six months vacation per year." They didn't accept my counter offer -- silly buggers!
