I was in the 4th MP Company in Ft. Carson in 1986-87. I loved it out there, except the work hours and the amount of field time were terrible. But when we had time off - bang, we were in the mountains skiing, shooting, horseback riding, rappelling, etc., etc., etc. Fort Carson was one of my favorite posts. I know two old soldiers from the 18th MP Brigade who I think are at Fort Carson now: one is CPT(?) Robert Davidson, and the other is COL James Brown, if you happen to run into either of them, I'd appreciate it if you could ask them to join Veteran.com and drop me a line.
