Need help asap

I had my mother who is 78 years old to lease an apartment for me and my common law wife in her name because since I was hurt on the job back in 06/29/2006 and have not worked since because of high blood pressure, copd and breathing problems, and lower back problems which I am being treated for at the VA medical center in Houston,TX. Also been diagnosed with ptsd and being seen by phsychologist at the VA. But during the time I was injured and waiting on the insurance company to pay benefits which was disputed and I didn't get a dime until February of 2007. During this time I was evicted and irreptuable damage was done to my credit report for no fault of mine, but I am no longer to get a lease in my name. So thats why I had to get a lease in my mothers name. But since my common law wife works as a pt housekeeper/ and companion aide, we are barely makinging it with the help of God, my mother who is on fixed income and her assistance is limited. I do get $162.00 a month food stamps and sometimes able to focus groups to make some extra money. But now I need at least $500 to move to a private residence where my wife and I has agreed for her to peform houskeeping services and me limited errand and property upkeep in exchange for free rent until I get started receiving benefits. I am also willing to sign a promissary note to pay back any money if necessary because I can pledge as collateral mt 1/6 interest in undivided property in conroe Texas because the will has been probated I just don't have the money to file necessary documents for the property to be partitioned and or a deed of heirship.
