Principal Investigator Beatrice A. Golomb, MD, Ph.D is seeking veterans of the 1990-1991 Gulf War with Gulf War Illness*, who live in the San Diego, California area, to participate in a 12-month research study. Participants will receive CoEnzyme Q10, a nutritional supplement, and a placebo, an inactive pill, during alternate periods of their participation in the study. * Gulf War Illness includes symptoms that started during or after Gulf War participation and are present for at least six months.
